*Cancellation Policy
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance.
*RETURN Policy
1. Return Authorization forms may be obtained by contacting us or submitting a hard copy request via fax or email. Merchandise is not accepted without a return authorization number.
2. Merchandise will be accepted with reasons on the Return Authorization forms.
3. Returns over (30) thirty days of the invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
4. Non-defective or incomplete returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
5. Free shipping returns will be charged same amounts as the actual shipping costs.
6. Merchandise must be returned to KnfieProShop within (30) thirty days of the date of return authorization.
7. Return authorization number must appear on the outside of the box or boxes being returned
